Bed and breakfast rules Lineablu Formia
We are pleased to welcome you in Bed and Breakfast Lineablu Formia.
We invite you to take a look at our rules of procedure.
The behaviors to be observed in the bed and breakfast are not only those established by law,
but especially those dictated by common sense and mutual respect.
1. This form can be made by phone, e-mail. You will then receive from us confirming your reservation, accompanied by all the information relating to the deposit and the ways to send bed and breakfast via bank transfer or credit card, accounting for 40% of the stay. The rest of the amount must be paid in cash upon your arrival at the bed and breakfast, before you pick up the keys. In case of cancellation the deposit will not be refunded.
2. Guests are asked, upon arrival, to show an identity card for filling out form Ps (data processing obligations of the rules of law n. 675 of 12/31/96).
3. being a small family run bed and breakfast, there is no reception service available 24 hours a day, so the client must communicate by telephone to the owner of the structure, the estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Go to without having warned about arrival time, can cause long waits. This mistake cannot be cause for complaint or refund.
4. The rooms are available from 12. Throughout the stay and on the day of departure rooms must be vacated by 10.00 to allow the daily cleaning and final room. 5. Inside the bedroom or the bathroom you will find everything you need: blankets, pillows, towels, personal hygiene products, etc.. For any other needs and also for any information about the attractions, services, parks, beaches, ferries, sightseeing, restaurants, don't hesitate to ask, we will do our best to accommodate you.
6. It is not allowed the guests to access others inside the bed and breakfast at any time, for reasons of public security.
7. Inside the Bed and Breakfast, only for hygienic reasons and for any allergies by other guests, pets are not allowed. Derogations may be granted by permission of the owner of the property for only small pets and with surcharge of Euro 10.00/day and supervised by the owners.
8. Breakfast is served in the breakfast room from 8.00 a.m. to 10.00. It is forbidden to use the kitchen and/or dish washing unless special agreements. It is forbidden to prepare meals in the rooms while it is permitted to consume them in the terraces reserved for each room.
9. It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the premises.
10. In accordance with regulation of bed and breakfast and the standards of the municipal police please observe silence in the time slot between 14.00 and 16.00 hours and from 22.00 to 8.00 hours.
11. In the use of terraces to each room reserved Please respect the privacy of other guests and General decorum. Also please note that it is strictly forbidden to throw anything from the terraces and clog with aught discharge of outdoor showers.
12. Each guest is required to make good any damage caused to the improper use of bed and breakfast and complementary equipment. At the end of stay must be returned the keys. If lost will be charged for damage. Be sure to turn off the room light, air conditioners, televisions and other equipment when you are out of the room and close the Windows when the air conditioning systems are entrances for maximum efficiency.
13. We are not liable for loss, theft or damage to items of your property. Shall not be liable for any failure due to lack of all or part of the supplies such as gas, electricity, water, phone line or internet connection not dependent on our will.
